I WANT TO PAY WITH MASTERCARD OR VISA.

We accept payment with Mastercard or Visa through our secure server. We are fully PCI compliant and certified by VeriSign, so you are fully protected when you order. The credit card information you provide is never seen by a person because we use an encrypted SSL protocol. The servers we maintain are kept secure using the highest possible industry standards.

I WANT TO PAY WITH AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX) OR DISCOVER.

You can pay with American Express or Discover through Paypal. Paypal accepts most credit cards, and you need not have an account to use their credit card option. If you have trouble with this option, try using Mastercard or Visa, or contact us for assistance.

I WANT TO PAY USING MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

If you want to pay using Paypal, simply choose the Paypal option in our Checkout. You will see a window in which you can put your Paypal credentials. Once you've finished the Paypal process, the system will take you back to the Storming the Base page.

CURRENCY

Our website displays two currencies, Canadian dollar (CAD) and US dollar (USD). You can browse and shop in either currency. The exchange rates are updated several times a month and are as accurate as possible. Please note that all orders are processed in Canadian dollar (CAD) regardless of what currency you are browsing in. Therefore, please use the US dollar (USD) setting as a guide only.

Credit card fraud is taken very seriously, and we will prosecute any fraudulent activity to the fullest extent of the law.

REFUNDS

For more information about our pre-order and shipping policies, please see Shipping and Stock. Credit card refunds are processed via our secure server. Paypal refunds are processed within Paypal. Please note that if you use a foreign credit card (that is a credit card not denominated in Canadian dollars), we have no control over the exchange rates your credit card provider uses.
