A two disc DVD/CD set. "Threshold House is very excited to confirm the
release of a combined CD/DVD package from The Threshold HouseBoys Choir, 'under
the direction of Peter Christopherson.' The work in five parts is called Form
Goes Rampant. This two disc set features documentary footage from Thailand's Gin
Che (Vegetarian) Festival, as well as original music written and conducted by
Peter Christopherson. This material, which is both viscerally intense, and at
the same time, strangely gentle and moving - due to the great interest and
demand, Christopherson has now polished the work for a wider, authorized
release. Is is being releasing the work in combined DVD and CD form, as it is
NOT every occasion that the DVD is suited to (viewer discretion IS advised!) but
the CD can be played anywhere (except possibly while operating heavy
machinery... or driving a motor vehicle). The DVD will be NTSC multi-region, so
should play anywhere. The format is a four panel fold out digipack with the
discs carried in two clear trays (similar to the earlier Moon's Milk title from
a few years back)." DESCRIPTION FROM WIKIPEDIA: The Threshold HouseBoy's Choir
is a musical guise for Peter Christopherson, announced in 2005 as a follow up
endeavor to his former group Coil. Despite the misleading name, it is a solo
project which relies heavily on computer generated vocals, of which he is
formally credited as the 'director'. The name was derived from a play on words,
combining the phrases 'house of boys', 'boy's choir', and 'Threshold House', the
latter being the name of Coil's former headquarters, and official website. THBC
is stationed in Krung Thep, Thailand. Available May 20th, 2007.
