Backlash returns with a new album of straight forward electropop brilliance.
Picking up where Heliotrope left off, this new album delivers Backlash’s
signature sound along with a few new twists. Singer Erik Thorstensson spices
things up with some witty, yet intelligent lyrics, which blend nicely with the
vivid and danceable soundscapes. The first single, “Breach” can be heard on the
Memento Materia release Dynamo and the first US single, “Escalator People,” will
start to hit the airwaves in early February. Released on WTII and available
March 30th, 2007.
